As your birth doula, I provide emotional reassurance, physical comfort measures, and clear, calm guidance starting in pregnancy, and lasting throughout labor until your baby is in your arms. I act as a steady presence, offering techniques for pain relief, helping you and your partner make informed decisions, and ensuring your birth preferences are honored as much as possible. Whether you choose to give birth at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital, I will be there to hold space for your experience and help you feel empowered every step of the way.

Practical help and emotional support for a smooth, confident start to life with your newborn.
The early days after birth can be both beautiful and overwhelming. As your postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, hands-on help so you can rest, recover, and focus on bonding with your baby. My care includes newborn care guidance, breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support, and gentle reassurance during those emotional early days. I can help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and ensuring you have the resources you need. My goal is to help you feel confident in your parenting journey and to make this transition as smooth and joyful as possible.

Flexible, accessible doula care wherever you are in the world.
Whether distance, travel restrictions, or personal preference keep us apart, you can still receive full doula support virtually. I offer video consultations, birth preparation resources, and ongoing text or email support to ensure you never feel alone on your journey. This is ideal for families who want professional guidance without in-person visits, or for those needing additional support between appointments. With virtual care, you’ll still receive the same compassionate, personalized attention — just from the comfort of your own home.
