As your birth doula, I provide emotional reassurance, physical comfort measures, and clear, calm guidance starting in pregnancy, and lasting throughout labor until your baby is in your arms. I act as a steady presence, offering techniques for pain relief, helping you and your partner make informed decisions, and ensuring your birth preferences are honored as much as possible. Whether you choose to give birth at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital, I will be there to hold space for your experience and help you feel empowered every step of the way.

My care includes newborn care guidance, breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support, and gentle reassurance during those emotional early days. I can help with light household tasks, meal preparation, and ensuring you have the resources you need. My goal is to help you feel confident in your parenting journey and to make this transition as smooth and joyful as possible.

With virtual care, you’ll still receive the same compassionate, personalized attention — just from the comfort of your own home.
